3 Reasons Why I Don’t Use Palm Oil in my soaps

1. 🌴 Environmental Impact
Palm oil production drives deforestation and habitat loss, especially for endangered species like orangutans. By avoiding it, we can help protect rainforests and biodiversity.

2. 💧 Skin-Friendly Formulation
Palm oil can make soap harsher or drying for sensitive skin. My botanical blend of oils (like olive, coconut, and shea) is naturally moisturising and gentler.

3. 🌎 Ethical & Sustainable
Many palm oil sources involve unethical labor and unsustainable farming.

Soap can be technical, oh yes!

Lots of sweat and tears went into trying this triple layer goodness last night!

I won't include this in my Botanical Soap Making course yet as I think it's not very beginner friendly and I don't wanna overwhelm my students!

But I am thinking about posting it to those who complete the course if they want to challenge themselves! I just need to film it again as I lost the footage!

Can't believe it's almost time for the big launch, I spent the day going over everything today and to see if anything's missing, excited is an understatement for how I feel today ❤️
